Gaurav Gupta joined Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1990 and he belongs to the Karnataka cadre. He has over 25 years of experience in commerce and industries, infrastructure, power and transportation. As principal Secretary (IT, BT and S & T) Gaurav is instrumental in promoting growth of IT and BT sectors in Karnataka including “startups”. Currently, Gaurav and his team is working towards the prestigious ‘ELEVATE’ project for promoting entrepreneurship and startups in Karnataka. We feel honored to have Gaurav Gupta as our guest of honor at DPS 2017.
