Sudhakar Sannakkayala is the General Manager of Enterprise Customer Success for Microsoft Data Group, based in Redmond, WA, USA. He is currently responsible for delivering world class solutions, services and tools for worldwide large-scale enterprises to be successful in leveraging Microsoft’s Data Products and Services. In addition to this, he is responsible for modernizing the customer support experience for Tier 1 Enterprise customers of Microsoft Data Products and Services. Prior to this, he was the Director of Engineering responsible for Microsoft’s Paid Search Experimentation and Machine Learning business. He has an M.S. in Computer Science and over 17 years of industry experience.
