Data Platform Summit 2019, Asia’s largest 3-day learning event focusing on “Empowering AI & Data Transformation” was launched in two Indian cities of Bangalore and Hyderabad, on Feb 2 and Feb 9, 2019. The first grand launch was held at Microsoft Office in Bellandur, Bangalore on Feb 2. The Summit was again launched for the Hyderabad geeks as part of Data Platform Day on Feb 9 at Microsoft Office, Gachibowli campus. Data & Analytics professionals from across the length and breadth of India travelled to witness these two events. Needless to add, the venue was house-full and registration was closed many days before the event.
At the launch in both cities, Data Platform Summit’s 2019 theme, catalog, website & community videos were unveiled – every Geek present, just loved it. Gifts & goodies were distributed to winners of the community event. The launch discount code was also shared to the geeks as part of the theme unveiling. In both the cities, past summit attendees came forward to speak about their life/project-changing experiences. Demo-packed sessions were delivered on tending topics by Microsoft & industry experts as part of the launch. The audience was in complete awe.
Special thanks to community partner, Microsoft, for its support in terms of infrastructure and SMEs. Special thanks also to Knowledge Partners of the Day, Manipal ProLearn (Feb 2, Bangalore) & Edvancer Eduventures (Feb 9, Hyderabad). Kudos to DataPlatformGeeks team and eDominer members for their hardwork and passion for community work.
