You also confirm that you will not share the credentials (username & password) or the content or a part of it with any other individual and /or group and/or company and/or any entity, be it known to you or unknown to you. You specifically confirm that you will not give the DPS 2021 content or even a part of it to your company or your team. Further, you will not reproduce, store or introduce into a retrieval system, or transmit in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise), or for any purpose, DPS 2021 Content by DataPlatformGeeks or a part of it. You understand that you will have streaming access to the content and you confirm that you will not make any attempt to download the videos for offline viewing or for any other purpose which will be a gross violation of “terms of use”. The DPS 2021 Content (Breakout Session Recordings, Demo-Only Sessions, Deep-Dives Sessions, Short-Drive Sessions, Training Class Recordings & Accompanying Resources) cannot be used for any commercial gain in any form whatsoever.
You also understand and agree that any violation of the above, will cause irreparable harm/damage & revenue loss to the DataPlatformGeeks & Data Platform Summit brands. Under such circumstances, DPS shall be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief as may be deemed proper by a court of competent jurisdiction against the subscriber.
