Where are my login credentials and the login URL?

Check the email id that you used for DPS 2022 registration. You can search your inbox and look out for the “Welcome” email from “contact@DPS10.com”. (Make sure you check your spam/junk folder).

Your username will be your email id.

The default password is 12345678 unless you have changed it.

I don’t remember my password. How can I reset it?

Your username will be the email id you used for DPS 2022 registration.

 

 

 

What am I supposed to do after login in?

The first thing you may wish to do is adjust the viewing area. You may wish to zoom in or zoom out depending on your screen resolution. Use the browser functionality:

After you have adjusted the screen size, navigate to the various locations inside the virtual convention center. Most likely, you may want to attend sessions, so look at the schedule, identify the session you wish to attend, and jump over to the right breakout room.

You can also build your agenda using the MyAgenda feature of the platform. See below for a detailed explanation.

Also, change your profile pic. It’s always good to have a face to a name :)

How can I ensure that I do not miss a session I wish to attend?

There are two ways to set reminders. There are two ways to build a schedule for yourself.

#1 You can use the MyAgenda feature of the platform. See below for a detailed step-by-step.

#2 You can download the calendar (ICS) file from the session schedule (HTML) and add it to your Outlook or Google calendar. For example:

Is the virtual platform showing the time as per my system time?

Yes. The virtual platform timings, countdown timer, etc, is as per your system time. We are also showing timings as per the specific edition which is marked with the time zone. For example, if the session is in ANZ edition, the session time displays AEST.

You may want to focus on the timings as per your system time. Here is an example.

 

 

 

Is there a schedule builder available? (The MyAgenda feature)

Yes, you can use the MyAgenda feature available on the platform.

Click on MyAgenda in the main toolbar.

In the pop-up window, click Full Agenda on the top.

Note: There is no search functionality in the MyAgenda feature. You can browse online too.

Browse through the sessions. Click on a session of your choice and ‘Add to my agenda’.

Note: All timings shown here are as per your system time.

 

Export your agenda to an ICS file.

Click on the settings icon on the top left.

You can also perform some filters here.

Scroll down and click on the ‘Export My Agenda’ button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to attend a session?

Step 1: Check out the session schedule, choose a session and take note of the timings and the room.

Step 2: Navigate to the room in the virtual platform.

 

 

Step 3: Inside the room, click on the screen. In the resulting pop-up (content window), the sessions are listed in the order of their slotting.

 

 

Step 4: Observe the countdown on the right. When the session goes live, the ‘Scheduled’ button will become “Play”. Click ‘Play’ to start the session. Also, a LIVE icon will appear before the session title.

Note: You may wish to focus on the session timings as per your system time. We are also showing the session timing as per the conference edition / time zone.

 

How to change the video output to HD?

Click on the settings icon on the video player. Change Auto to HD, and wait for a few seconds. If you do not see HD output, do it again.

 

 

How do I ask a question to the speaker?

While the session is playing in the video player, use the chat window on the right side. Punch in your question. If the speaker is online, they will answer the question.

 

How do I network with other delegates?

Navigate to the community zone. Click on the screen to open the chat window. Start chatting.

 

 

 

How can I attend Gurukul sessions?

The same way you would attend a breakout session. The only difference is, that instead of the ‘Play’ button, you will see a link in the content window. Click on the link and you will be taken to a live ZOOM session.

 

How can I visit the booths?

Navigate to the EXPO hall. Click on the sponsor’s booth you wish to visit. You will be taken to the virtual booth. Start chatting with the booth representatives if they are online. You can also browse numerous resources available at the booth.

 

How can I win prizes?

There are three ways to win prizes:

#1 Ask questions to speakers. The platform will automatically track the Q&A (Chat) activity and you will enter the draw.

#2 Give feedback. Give session feedback & conference feedback. The more feedback you give, the better chances you have to win prizes. Each feedback increments your entry by one. Click here.

#3 Make sure to post a comment on our LinkedIn post. Also Tweet. Both of these activities will improve your chances to win prizes.

 

What prize may I expect?

DPS 2022 will have a hundred $50 Amazon gift cards to give away. In case an Amazon gift card is not redeemable in your country, we will correspond with you to offer an equivalent gift card from any e-commerce shopping site in your country.

 

The platform music is bothering me. How can I turn it off?

Use the control bar on the top. You can mute the music or reduce the volume.

 

What are the online & offline hours of the conference?

Refer to the conference hours/timings. Beyond the conference hours (which are referred to as online), the gaps between the editions are referred to as offline hours.

 

How can browse and search for a specific session?

There are multiple ways.

#1 In the lobby, locate this. Use CTRL + F to search.

 

#2 You can browse the HTML version of the schedule. Use CTRL+F to use the browser search functionality.

#3 You can also use the embedded table on the session schedule page. Use the search box on the top right corner of the table.

 

How can I ensure that I do not miss a session?

Download the calendar (ICS file) for the specific session and add it to your Outlook or Google calendar. You can also use the MyAgenda feature of the platform.

 

What is the difference between a Gurukul session and a Breakout session?

A Breakout session is a standard 60-min session consistent with the global standards. A Gurukul session is like an interactive round table, a free-flowing discussion on a specific topic.

 

The platform is behaving weirdly?

No worries, just press CTRL + F5 and reload the platform. Or log out and log in again.

 

Can I watch the session recordings instantly?

I wish to attend a Gurukul session. How to ensure that Zoom works for me?

Zoom platform is being used for Data+AI Gurukul LIVE sessions. Please make sure you download and install Zoom beforehand. If you have trouble installing the plugin on your office laptop or if you have issues in joining the event from the office network, please try changing the laptop and/or the network.

Ensure that audio, video, or zoom software is not blocked by any firewall. If you have firewall issues in your office, we will not be able to support you. In that case, try another internet connectivity. Mobile connectivity, too, may work.
